Yoga in the Park

Join Middletown Parks & Recreation and the Lincroft Village Green Association for 6 weeks of Yoga in the Park.

Enjoy relaxing outdoor yoga sessions in a welcoming community setting on the beautiful Village Green.
Open to ages 18 and up. All experience levels are welcome. Please bring props including yoga straps, bolsters or pillows, eye pillows, and a yoga mat.
Registration is required and drop-ins are not available. We look forward to seeing you!
